
Everybody’s Environment is a coalition of environmental non-profits, community-based organizations, colleges and universities, and government agencies in WNC. Representatives from each of these groups meet monthly to share ideas, learn new skills, and work together to effect institutional change through racially equitable leadership.

Leadership Pathways
Through Everybody’s Environment, key community based environmental organizations have come together to create equitable pathways through which youth and adults of color can access and become leaders in the outdoors.
Reciprocal Exchange
Organizations involved in Everybody’s Environment will engage in the lifelong process of establishing relationships built on trust, consistency, reciprocity, and accountability with individuals and communities of color.
